As an HFM Consultant, you will work closely with business stakeholders to manage, design, and optimize Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) processes and applications across diverse global clients.

Your Role & Responsibilities

🔹 Core HFM Responsibilities

Manage and configure HFM Metadata, Rules, and Member Lists.

Develop and maintain VBScript for automation and HFM customization (mandatory requirement).

Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual financial validations across entities.

Handle ICP accounts, intercompany reports, and elimination processes.

Manage and enhance Journals, Data Forms, and Data Grids.

Work extensively with FDMEE (File Data Management Enterprise Edition), including mappings and data load rules.

Support and create reports using Financial Reporting Studio.

🔹 Client & Business Interaction

Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) with business users for change requests (CRs).

Address and resolve business queries related to HFM processes and application behavior.

Communicate functional/technical impact of system changes clearly and effectively.

🔹 Process & Delivery

Work within Agile methodologies for requirement gathering, sprint planning, and project execution.

Ensure high-quality documentation and process governance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial consolidation efficiency.

Your Profile

You are a strong fit if you bring:

Hands-on experience in Oracle HFM, VBScript, and FDMEE.

Solid understanding of consolidation, intercompany eliminations, and reporting.

Strong analytical ability to troubleshoot functional & technical HFM issues.

Experience conducting UAT and supporting business teams.

Knowledge of Agile processes (preferred).
